Terms & Conditions
Version 1.2 · Effective 10 October 2026
These Terms and the Most Important Terms and Conditions govern the research services of AlgoGreek Research, proprietor Chander Navani, SEBI Registration No. INH000030588, enlisted with BSE Limited (Enlistment No. 7570). They are published under Regulation 24(6) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. They are not an investment-advisory agreement and not a portfolio-management agreement.
Opening this page is not acceptance. Acceptance is recorded only when you tick the acceptance box on registration or subscription. The version, time and IP address of that acceptance are stored.
1. Availing the research services
By accepting delivery of the research service, you confirm that you have elected to subscribe at your sole discretion. AlgoGreek Research provides the research services in accordance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
The service is standardized, non-personalized research: PlutusQuant research views, commentary, coverage of India and US listed equities and ETFs, and model portfolios constructed using quantitative methodologies and presented for illustrative and research purposes. It does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or risk profile. A research view is not a personalized recommendation and is not an instruction to buy, sell or hold any security. No assessment of suitability or risk profiling is undertaken. The service is not investment advice under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
2. Obligations
AlgoGreek Research and the client are bound by the SEBI Act and the rules, regulations and circulars of SEBI, including the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and by applicable notifications of the Government of India, as in force from time to time.
3. Client information and KYC
You will furnish the details AlgoGreek Research requires, including any details made mandatory by SEBI or by BSE Limited as the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB). For fee-paying clients, AlgoGreek Research collects, stores, uploads and checks KYC records with a KYC Registration Agency as specified by SEBI. You will keep your email address and mobile number updated.
4. Fees and mode of payment
The fee for one research package is ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees one thousand) per month, or ₹9,000 (Indian Rupees nine thousand) per year. The yearly amount is billed as ₹2,250 per quarter. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged extra and are stated on the invoice. The first 60 days after email verification are free, and no card is required to start that period.
Fees collected in advance do not exceed one quarter, which is the period presently stipulated by SEBI. For an individual or HUF client, the fee for all research services of AlgoGreek Research will not exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of the client. Statutory charges are outside that limit. The limit does not apply to a non-individual client or an accredited investor.
Fees may be paid by cheque, online bank transfer or UPI. Cash is not accepted. You may also pay through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited, where that option is offered. AlgoGreek Research will tell you how to use CeFCoM if you choose it.
5. Renewal, termination and refund
After the free period, access requires an active subscription. You may stop the service before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
If either you or AlgoGreek Research ends the service before the paid period expires, you are entitled to a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired period only.
If SEBI suspends the certificate of registration for more than 60 days, or cancels the registration, AlgoGreek Research will refund the fees on a pro rata basis for the period from the effective date of suspension or cancellation to the end of the subscription period.
6. Risk factors
Investment in the securities market is subject to market risk. Read the related documents, including the regulatory disclosures and the research methodology, before investing.
No assurance or guarantee of returns is provided. Past performance of any model, strategy or research output is not indicative of future performance. AlgoGreek Research does not guarantee returns, profits, accuracy or risk-free investments. Opinions, projections and estimates are based on analysis of available data under stated assumptions as of the date of the research. There is no recourse to AlgoGreek Research for losses on investments made from a research report. Any reliance on a research report is your own judgement.
SEBI registration, enlistment with BSE Limited, and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of AlgoGreek Research or assure any returns.
Assured, guaranteed or fixed-return schemes, and schemes of a similar nature, are prohibited. AlgoGreek Research does not offer them.
7. Conflict of interest
AlgoGreek Research follows the SEBI requirements on disclosure and mitigation of actual or potential conflict of interest. The policy is on the Regulatory Disclosures page. Material conflicts that affect a research report are disclosed in that report. AlgoGreek Research will inform the client of a conflict of interest that may affect the services being rendered.
